“For my part, the way in which you handled the project from start to finish was exemplary.
The initial examination of the many windows, and production of a detailed scheme and estimate for the work required, window by window, gave a very clear picture of the scope of the work required, and the likely overall cost.
When any unforeseen problems turned up during the commission of the work, you were always careful to discuss with me the alternative ways in which the matter could be resolved, and to agree with me how this would affect the initial costings.
Monson House is home to 7 older ladies in their individual flats, and careful planning of the timetable for the work was needed, with regular updates, to minimise the inconvenience to each of the residents. This you did, and both myself and the residents were kept informed at all stages of the project.
The way in which you interacted with our residents during the course of the project could not have been bettered. Disruption was kept to an absolute minimum, and Monson House was left each evening such that the inconvenience to each resident was minimal.
At the end of the work, you acted quickly to attend to any small deficiencies identified.
I would like to thank you and your team for a challenging job well done. I could not have asked for better contractor/client relationship, and the quality of the work carried out is beyond question. Monson House now has windows that not only look good, but also open and shut easily, and are effectively draught-proofed.”
